Aman is a platform that connects individuals seeking therapy with licensed therapists. We provide the technology to browse therapist profiles, book sessions, and communicate securely. Aman is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. For Patients

• Aman helps you browse and choose licensed therapists, but the choice of therapist is yours.
• Therapy sessions are conducted between you and your chosen therapist. Aman facilitates the connection but is not responsible for the therapeutic outcomes.
• In case of a medical emergency, please call your local emergency services immediately. Aman is not an emergency service.

5. For Therapists

• Therapists on Aman must hold valid, current licenses in their jurisdiction.
• Therapists are independent professionals and are not employees of Aman.
• Therapists agree to maintain professional standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Aman reserves the right to remove any therapist who violates these terms or professional standards.

6. Privacy

Your use of Aman is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Aman for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on Aman are owned by Aman App and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aman provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or outcomes of therapy services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Aman after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
