Pricing Plan

Free for Clients. Therapists choose a monthly plan. Aman is a matching and discovery platform that connects Clients (also referred to as "Patients"; the terms are used interchangeably) with independent mental-health professionals. Clients pay no separate fee to Aman: you don't need an account to browse Therapists or book a session, and you pay only the session price shown in the app before you confirm. Sign in with Google or Apple if you want to keep your account. Therapists pay a simple monthly plan to practise on the Platform.

1. Our Model

Aman ("Aman", "we", "us") provides the technology that helps people find and connect with independent Therapists. Each Therapist sets their own session rate, and the price you see in the app before you book is the full amount you pay. Therapists subscribe to one of two monthly plans, described below, and Aman also retains a commission on completed sessions, shown in the app.

2. For Clients

Downloading the app — free.
Browsing and searching Therapists — free, with no account needed.
Booking, rescheduling, and managing sessions — free to do; you can continue as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple to keep your account.
Sessions — you pay the session price shown in the app before you confirm.
Free introduction — Therapists on the Pro plan may offer a free 15-minute introductory session, once per Client.
Group sessions — priced per seat by the hosting Therapist, shown before you reserve.
Cancellations, credits and refunds — governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Plans for Therapists

Every Therapist on the Platform is on one of the following plans. Plan prices are set per country and may change. The current price for your country is always shown in the app before you pay.

Basic

Listed in client search and Explore, and bookable by Clients
Set your own availability and session rates; accept bookings
Secure video and voice sessions inside the app
Scheduling tools and brief session notes
In-app payments from Clients and payouts to your bank account
Verified badge once Aman has reviewed your submitted documents

Pro

Everything in Basic
Private-client invites, so you can bring your existing clients onto the Platform
Host group sessions
Offer free 15-minute introductory sessions to new Clients
Your own website at yourname.myamanapp.com

How plan payments work

Plans are paid monthly and renewed manually. Nothing is charged automatically: you pay each month in the app when your plan is due.
If a renewal is missed, there is a 7-day grace period before your listing is paused. During the grace period you stay visible to Clients but cannot take new bookings.
Pro members can switch back to Basic at the end of a paid period.
A price change never applies to a period that has already been paid.

Optional add-ons, such as a featured placement in client discovery, may be offered inside the app. Their price and duration are always shown before you buy, and none of them is required to practise on the Platform.

4. Session Fees and Commission

Each independent Therapist sets their own session rate. The Client pays the price shown in the app, and the Therapist receives the proceeds of completed sessions, less Aman's commission, through the payout schedule shown in the app. There is never a separate charge to Clients.

5. The Verified Badge

The Verified badge means Aman has reviewed the documents a Therapist submitted. Aman does not run background checks, and the badge is not a guarantee of a Therapist's qualifications, suitability, or the quality of their services.

6. Payments

Payments in the app are handled by our payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Card details are handled by our payment provider; Aman never stores them. The payment methods available depend on your country and are shown at checkout. Refunds of session fees are handled under the Refund & Return Policy.

7. Taxes

Plan fees and any add-ons may be exclusive of taxes, which are payable where applicable. Therapists are solely responsible for the taxes arising from the fees they charge for their own services.

8. Changes to This Plan

We may update this Pricing Plan from time to time, including plan prices, on reasonable notice. When we make material changes, we will post the updated plan on this page with a revised "Effective date".
